Wouldn't be without it!
This is the best roasting pan I've ever used! I would not be without it to roast a turkey or a large prime rib. The pan design is perfect for my needs. I turn my turkey as I roast it. The Capholon and All Clad pans were either too pricey or the design didn't lend itself well to turning my turkey (the handles were bent in over the pan). My husband bought this roasting pan in 2001 from a pricey kitchen store at the mall in Boise, Idaho. Now, my mom and two sisters-in-law want one each. I'm happy to find that they are less expensive than when my husband purchased it for me! Happy roasting! You won't go wrong with this pan.

MADE IN BRAZIL! So happy it's not made in China like a lot of the higher end roasting pans. I also like that the rack is chrome and not nonstick. It feels very sturdy and worked just fine for my pork tenderloin. I know other pans boast a sandwich of aluminum but you have to pay a lot for the quality to be worth it. Great Roasting Pan
If your looking for a roasting pan for that big family turkey or standing Rib Roast that built twice as good as big name brands then look no further. The handles are placed just rite and its deep enough to cook your turkey breast side down so it stays nice and juicy.
