picture = false advertising - see update
The picture of the Miele vac dusting brush shows a brush with "castle cut" bristles. I had one like that and liked it better than the one with uniform bristles that came with the vac, but my dog ate it (well, chewed it up). I was glad to see I could order another brush with castle cut bristles, but what I got was the same old uniform-length bristles. Change the picture to the actual product you are selling! Miele Vacuum Cleaner Dusting Brush
Update: I see they changed the picture. Good! This brush is the same size as the one I thought I was buying, but I still prefer the castle-cut bristles. I still use the one my dog chewed up - luckily he quit before it was totally destroyed.
Smaller than Original
The brush appears to be a genuine Miele part and it is almost correct. However, it did not match the one we got with our Miele Vacuum. Perhaps they changed the design as this one is somewhat smaller. Our Miele is about 15 years old. I'm sure it will work fine.
Dusting Brush
Although I am extremely pleased with Amazon, the quality of this brush was not as I expected. It was not as good as my original but kept it as it still is usuable for some cleaning projects. Used carefully, it does do a good job on lampshades and upholstery.
