Happy Dogs, Happy Owner
This is my first-ever Amazon review. I ordered this kit because it was almost half the price of the Groom Tool alone from other vendors. I imagine I will use the "Zorb "at some point but I have not yet done so, since I don't have any carpets. A word of caution for novice dog owners-the Groom Tool is basically a wire-pinned "slicker" brush, commonly used on thick, long haired, or double-coated dogs (and cats), such as my own two German Shepherd Dogs. Therefore, it may not be an appropriate tool for a slick-coated, short haired pet. For those pets, I would recommend using the stiff bristle "mud" brush that comes with the kit, or a similar brush (I practiced with my recently clipped Cocker and the "mud" brush worked well). I use my Groom Tool with a Dyson DC 39 animal vacuum, which has very powerful suction. It is important to use common sense when using the tool for the first time with your pet. If you have a tiny smooth-coated chihuahua, it is probably not going to be suitable, because...

Absolutely awesome! I have a Great Pyrenees/Lab mix who sheds just standing still. I have to vacuum or sweep twice a day just to keep up.
Jake already loved to be vacuumed, but the little brush attachment on my vacuum didn't remove any but the loosest hair. This tool is amazing!!
One 5 minute groomimg session filled the dirt chamber on my Hoover WindTunnel cannister - and it holds a lot. It performs exactly as advertised and I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

I love this groom tool! I have a Golden Retriever and this has made grooming so much easier! I hated grooming before and dealing with the fly away hair and cleaning out the brush every stroke, now with one click of the button the hair is gone!
Make sure you know your dog will be okay with the vacuum running and brushing at the same time otherwise this is not a good choice for you and your dog.
