terrible
the pads will NOT stay stuck on the mop. there are two velcro strips on the pad, but the velcro comes loose when mopping
love it
I also am not sure why some do not like this. I love it and use it on ALL my floors 2300 sq ft 3 times a week. The living room almost daily since we have a lot of foot traffic............... it works great. The pads wear out after time and you have to get new ones I'm sure but I've had it a few months and it is still great.

I almost did not buy the cleaner because of the reviews, I did and have had no problems The pads stay on and wash well, at least the ones that came with my steamer
