Capresso 204.04 frothPLUS Automatic Milk Frother

not even close to the previous version.
First, the plastic pitcher does not hold enough heat for the foam to build, i tried the older teflon pitcher with better results but not optimal. I froth the milk in high then in cold to get a decent foam for my morning cappuccino. The keys some times do not start. Really downgraded version of the previous model. I have considered returning it. It is not faster than the previous version either. If any thing, energy wise it consumes more with worst results.
Update: 04/20/12. I kept it and gave it a chance, but I think is dying on me now. After 4 months of daily use, twice a day... I had perfected the process of one heating cycle with two cold cycles... now the froth is getting weaker and weaker.

06/21/2012.. Update. One thing I can say about Jura Capresso is the EXCELLENT Customer Service. Jura Capresso replied to my comment, I called them and sent my machine back to them. Yesterday I got the in the mail the previous model. So thank you Jura Capresso customer service.

This is a terrible product...don't consider buying it. We have sent back 3 containers - ALL have leaked milk. We are being sent our 4 container, because Capresso would not allow a return!!!
Waste of money---got the picture? Don't purchase this machine - worthless.

Very thick froth
I purchased this for my daughter and thought I was going to love it so much I would want to buy one for myself. That was not my experience. What I found, is that this machine makes the froth too thick for me, which ends up leaving no milk, compared to what I'm used to. My daughter enjoys it because she doesn't have anything to compare it to. So I gave it three stars because it's just okay in my experience. It does the job, it's a little slow (a lot slow), and there's better out there. I personally own several and my favorite still is Keurig Cafe One-Touch.
